Return and Refund Policy

Refund Policy for TixLV

At TixLV, all ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing.

1. All Sales Are Final

Once a ticket is purchased through TixLV, no refunds or exchanges will be issued unless an event is canceled, rescheduled, or explicitly stated otherwise in the event description.

2. Canceled or Rescheduled Events

Canceled Events: If an event is canceled with no rescheduled date, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Rescheduled Events: If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will only be issued at the discretion of the event organizer.

3. Event Organizer Policies

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued due to:
